Our Company
NewHaven Software is a seven year old company with a legacy that extends back more than twenty years into the mid-80's, when Haven Corporation started a small mail-order software business developing a package called The Mail Order Wizard. We are a privately-held company headquartered in Redmond, Washington with customers throughout the United States and several other countries. Our primary product is a software package called Commerce Management System, which is offered in three different packages for multi-channel merchants of all sizes and types.
In addition to our software, we offer a wide variety of professional services including classroom and onsite training, consulting, custom programming and report writing, third-party software integration, implementation services and much more. Our software support department provides technical support for over 250 companies currently using CMS.
Our Team
NewHaven Software's team is comprised of direct marketing and catalog company veterans. Led by Tom Danner, our President and CEO, we are a diverse group of hard-working, fun-loving individuals that work hard together as a team to accomplish our company's goal of providing the best software and service in the multi-channel commerce industry.
Our Customers
Our customers are as diverse as the weather in the great Pacific Northwest. They range in size from small one person companies to mid-size organizations with hundreds of employees and tens of millions of dollars in annual revenue. Our customers sell products and services through the mail, over the phone, via catalogs and direct marketing, on the internet - in fact most sell through three or more commerce channels, hence the term "multichannel merchant".
