REMINDER!

eCMS Support Changes Monday 6/5

Starting Monday June 5th, support for eCMS will now be handled by the same team of talented support professionals that serve you for CMS. We have recently completed a number of changes that will now allow us to be your single point of contact for all things CMS and eCMS. Full details were included in a letter mailed to your company last week.

So if you have questions about eCMS, need support or help of any kind, please call us at (425) 861-7120 or send an email to support@newhavensoftware.com, just like you do now for CMS. We will now be your single point of contact, and will act as your liaison whenever there's a need to communicate with Nathan, Christine or the rest of the team at Color Maria. Need some pages designed? Contact us here in Redmond. Want to design a new site? Give us a call. Need to make changes to your existing site? you get the picture. We're here to help.

If you didn't receive the letter, need more information or just have questions, please let us know! Whle we expect that this transition will take a few weeks of adjustment (and remembering who to call), we'll be doing our very best to make the change as smooth as possible. Our support team has been training for weeks, and we will be adding additional staff to take care of your needs. Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything you need help with.
