A quick reminder to update your installation of CMS! If you haven't updated to version 4.0 yet, you are missing out on a lot of great features and enhancements to CMS. CMS 4.0 is by far the most comprehensive, most stable and best-received software release we've ever offered! .

CMS Version 4.0.2.48 is now available for downloading from our web server. Even if you have previously updated your installation to version 4.0, chances are that you are not running the latest build, which is .48. This build includes bug fixes and enhancements that are not available on earlier versions of version 4.0, so it's worth your time to download and install it. We often find that many support calls can be avoided by simply installing the latest update, because problems with earlier versions have already been fixed! Remember that your Annual Support Agreement requires that you install and run the latest version of CMS. The reason for this requirement is to help us keep support as efficient and effective as it can be. Our support team wastes time every day on issues that have already been resolved. Because the number of users is always growing, we need to do everything we can to make support more efficient so we can continue to offer great service to our customers. As a result, we have started to enforce the version control provision in our support agreement. It's in everyone's best interest to install the latest updates as they are available.
