You can add additional workstations to your system by simply giving us a call or sending us an email. Temporary licenses cost $295 each, and are valid through your current release code expiration date (1/31/07 for most users). All you have to do is let us know how many you need, pay the total amount by credit card or check and we'll help you get your temporary workstation(s) up and running right away!

Get what you need now, save on future license purchases! Any temporary license purchsed now that is converted to a permanent workstation license before 12/31/06 will give you a $195 credit towards your workstation license purchase. If you don't choose to convert before the end of the year, you can still save $100 when you purchase a permanent workstation license before the first anniversary date of your temporary license purchase. The only restriction is that the credits are one for one (meaning only one credit per permanent workstation license purchased). Credit(s) will be deducted from the current net price of the permanent workstation license.

For the time being, temporary licenses are only available during the 4th quarter. Future versions of CMS will allow installation and use of temporary licenses for any 60-day period throughout the year. For now though, we can only offer temporary licenses through the end of this year. We'll make an announcement when we are able to eliminate this restriction and offer 60-day temporary licenses year-round.

A quick reminder to update your installation of CMS! If you haven't updated to version 3.3 yet, you are missing out on the best software release we've ever offered! Earlier this year, we held CMS Customer Roundtable meetings around the country to listen to what our customers wanted and needed in CMS to run their companies more efficiently. Our first step was to hire additional programming staff, and then to begin planning future updates and new versions in a new and different way than we had been previously. Version 3.3 offers the first glimpse into the future of CMS. In addition, we've added several companies to the CMS family of users, resulting in a lot of good ideas, new features and significant enhancements.

CMS Version 3.3.1.19 is now available for downloading from our web server. Even if you have previously updated your installation to version 3.3, chances are that you are not running the latest build, which is .19. This build includes bug fixes and enhancements that are not available on earlier versions of version 3.3, so it's worth your while to download and install it. We find that many support calls can be avoided by simply installing the latest update, because problems with earlier versions have already been fixed! Remember that your Annual Support Agreement requires that you install and run the latest version of CMS. The reason for this requirement is to help us keep support as efficient and effective as it can be. Our support team wastes time every day on issues that have already been resolved. Because the number of users is growing, we need to do everything we can to make support more efficient so we can continue to offer good service to our customers. As a result, we will begin enforcing version control in the near future. We'll provide more details in the near future - but it is in your best interest (and that of your fellow CMS users) to update to .19 as soon as possible.
