Phew! We've been busy the past few months! From moving our entire office to new digs in downtown Redmond to the release of CMS 5.0, it's been kinda crazy around here. We're looking to getting 5.0 out the door and actually seeing the sun again!

We’ve chosen not to exhibit at the spring trade shows this year, as we wanted to focus on three major areas:
  • The release of CMS 5.0
  • Re-structuring our support department
  • Upcoming customer roundtables and online training sessions

    As we continue to grow, we realize more each day that our most important asset is the success and satisfaction of our customers. We've re-defined our goals and narrowed our focus on providing the best software, service and support in the industry. As a result, we’ve found that happy customers bring us more business through their continued growth and referrals.

    Frankly, trade shows are expensive. While we'll miss our colleagues, partners and meeting potential new customers, we felt that it made a lot more sense to pour the tens of thousands of dollars we spend every year on exhibiting into our software.     NewHaven Has A NewHome!

    After five years across town on Willows Road, NewHaven has a new home right in the middle of downtown Redmond. We're excited about our new offices and being downtown close to lots of great food, parks and other amenities!



    12/31/07:
    CMS 4.1 Ships

    CMS wraps up the year with a new release that includes the new 2008 UPS and FedEx rate updates, as well as some minor enhancements and bug fixes.



    7/17/07:
    CMS 4.0 Ships

    New version of CMS includes new USPS rates and adds new features like Product Groups, a new email system, new internal word processor, sku editing wizard and more.
