Travel to/from Redmond:
Our offices are located just off Highway 520 in Redmond and are easy to find. We will include complete driving directions from major interstates and Sea-Tac airport in your registration package.
Most major airlines currently have fare sales in effect, and we have chosen our session dates carefully to avoid black-out dates and holiday travel. The only major airport in the area is Seattle - Tacoma International (OAG airport code SEA), which serves most major and many regional airlines.
We will begin each day of training at 9:00 AM sharp - so if you're coming to Redmond from out of the area, we suggest that you arrive the night before. We expect to wrap up training each day around 5:00 PM, but could run later depending on questions and group activity. If you are planning on departing from Sea-Tac airport the last day of the training, we recommend reserving flights after 7 PM or the following morning.
Special Events:
During each session, we usually plan a no-host dinner out on one of the nights, so keep your plans flexible! We'll decide where and when to go on the first day of training. This is often the highlight of the training experience, as those attending have an opportunity to get to know one another better and can network and socialize in an unstructured, relaxed environment.
Meals:
We will provide continental breakfast (starting at 8:30 AM each day), lunches, snacks and refreshments during each day of training. We routinely receive praise for the quality and quantity of food we serve during training. Dinners are up to you. If you have a favorite "brain food" or beverage you'd enjoy during the day, let us know! Please also let us know when you register if you prefer vegetarian or special meals, so we can prepare accordingly.
