In addition to updated shipping rates, zones, etc., each update (available via electronic download and/or CD) includes new and improved features, zip code tables, updates to the various modules and other programs related to CMS. The best way to make sure that your software installation is up to date is to subscribe to a support plan each year!
To take advantage of NewHaven’s support offerings, you must be enrolled in a current support plan for the software product you are using.
If you are not currently enrolled in a support plan, you may do so online or by calling us. New customers are automatically enrolled when they purchase CMS and will be billed for support on an annual basis.
